WELCOME
Learning about family history also teaches us a lot about ourselves. Our friendly club welcomes people, from those who have no previous experience in researching their ancestors, to those who have already ventured into this fascinating world of history, folklore, myths and hidden secrets. We have so much to offer you. Our resources include books, CDs, microfiche, maps and journals covering the whole wide world. Our modern computers and microfiche readers will help you uncover those missing pieces. To assist you we have wonderful library volunteers on duty each research day to show you our resources and help you on your way to discovering those ancestors who laid the foundations of your life. We run beginners’ courses on family history and how to use computers. Our interest groups allow you to share your stories, seek help in solving problems and also give you the opportunity of helping others. So feel free to browse through our website.
